Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. If such notice is not given I reserve the right to charge 50% of the full service scheduled. In the case of a no call no show, I reserve the right to charge 75% of the full scheduled service. Therefore, at the time of booking I will require an active credit card to be on file. If for any reason Moonlight Hair Lounge needs to reschedule an appointment, as much notice as possible will be given.
